Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds will only be issued for unused parking time or incorrect amount debited.
• Users must request a refund within 24 hours/days of the parking session’s start time.

2. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, users must mail to [email protected].
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
• Processing time for refunds is within 4-5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

• No refunds will be issued for parking time already utilized.
• Refunds will not be provided for any parking violations incurred during the parking session.

4. Exceptions:

• Exceptions to this refund policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, subject to review by Namm Parkiing’s customer support team
